The JOB - 

You must Mine Rebuild and survive.

You are working, trying to survive when you get trapped in a mine due to a collapse at the entrance, Radiation starts to build up, you must mine ores to rebuild the steam engine which pumps water, this removes the radiation. 

DO IT BEFORE THE TIMER RUNS OUT AND/OR YOUR SANITY RUNS OUT TO SURVIVE.

The Cornish queen is a high impact historical accurate information put into a game where you’re playing as a scavenger on a journey for the necessities for survival during the great depression, this mine has been destroyed, and it’s your job to mine, rebuild, and survive.

 This game is unique as it takes part of the real-life world and gamifies it, to be exciting and fun to play and scary at times.

Story/Setting –

Narrative time 1933.  Dolcoath closed in the 20's and the unemployment rate spike caused by the great depression was in '33, ergo, we come back due to the lack of job security to scavenge.

This game takes place within a famous mine within Cornwall named The Dolcoath Mine, which is also known as the queen of Cornish mines. Our player has been sent here to find some work, however upon entering the mine, the entrance collapsed. Radiation levels are rising and the player must rebuild a broken steam engine to pump the radiated water out before they die.
